Frontenac

Service:
Crisis team provides support to family, friends and relatives and offers both walk in services and community visits. A 24 hour crisis line is available for those feeling isolated, lonely, stressed or feeling like they have nowhere else to turn.
ACTT (Assertive community treatment team) is available for long term clients who suffer from physical disability or require ongoing medication. Case management services are offered to all families of schizophrenic patients and offer their services indefinitely.
